The most important feature of the paintable PVC is that it can be dyed to the desired color and can be vacuum. It can be painted with solvent based and water based paints. Advantages over PP foil; Flexible, membrane and vacuum press to enter very deep channels, if desired, can be used without dyeing PVC foil features that make it superior.
